I acknowledge that, as requester for ESA astronaut public appearance and/or interview, I will have to assume responsibility for all expenses associated with the ESA astronaut public appearance and to provide payment to ESA/EAC prior to the ESA astronaut departure to the public appearance.

The expenses, to be specified separately, include:

The entire ESA astronaut travel costs (including unrestricted airline tickets, ground transportation, taxi) from the astronaut location to the public appearance location.
ESA astronaut accommodations, meals and incidental expenses.
Other expenses to cover for administrative support required for processing and implementing the request.

Please do not send emails to eac communication for information on your specific request, all information relevant to availability and costs will be provided via the Paros system once the request has been processed.
